NeonNoble contacted me to get a new character he later needed for his comic project Kalzeria. I don't have a name for him, yet, however I've gathered from what I drew that he is a real scrapper. He's also not very pleasant, but to be highly respected and feared because he is smart and ruthless. He has probably committed a couple cases of sexual assault, too.

All in all, a very nasty crime boss.
His species is a black panther.
