Sometimes premonitions or visions are presented in dreams in a very random way that is very difficult to interpret.

If i recall, the mechs we utalize in operations are too complex for basical control schemes, so the pilots have to connect their neurology to the mechs. That way, they can not only operate the mechs with propper efficency, but also feel the mech as if it were their own body.

It is very true, that is why I question when they tell me that this is like Gundam and it is not, the pilots not only operate the unit, they also feel it, it seems unfair but the advantage is the great maneuverability and it also develops a lot. instinct for survival, care and perseverance. Ahh is true if a Cybercainen suffers an unreparable damage it is possible that the pilot also dies.
And in worse cases, prolonged exposure to neurological link to the mech can affect the psyche of the pilot like hilucinations or a sudden change of brain chemestry in the pilot. And lets not forget the possibility of the mech's mainframe getting psychological contamination and developing a personality on its own based on a fragment of the pilot's personality and psychology.
I don't know much about how that works, but there's a theory that our subconscious mind will try to warn us using dreams. There's not a lot of solid evidence behind it, but some people swear that repeating dreams are supposed to mean something big is going to happen to you. And her dreams likely don't bode well for her, if what she has been seeing is what could end up happening to her.
