A Centoh Intermodal DC-6BF awaits servicing on the tarmac, awaiting an evening run~
Centoh Intermodal is the cargo transport airline owned by Rob Barion (fursona). A division of his company, Barev, and a subdivision of "The Air Transport Service" (ATS)- a loose gaggle of piston engine freight and passenger-liners (Freightmaster, Great Lakes, Wild Air Cargo, and Tharp Aviation), Centoh serves as the primary, in-house method of transporting components and finished products from the various suppliers to and from Barev's electronics factory in Virginia. It also serves other customers under the ATS banner. The fleet is a safe haven for the old pistonliners brought out of retirement and restored by Rob Barion himself. The fleet is composed of fifteen DC-6BF Cloudmaster freighters- ex-airliners converted into cargo haulers, ten Lockheed Constellations, and a dozen DC-3/C-47 Skytrains. A few other aircraft (A C-124C, G.222, a C-97G, and soon to be a restored C-133B) make up the "heavy lift" portion of Centoh.
On a side note: Not all of Rob's DC-6B's fly with spinners. A few lack the conical hub caps because of wear and tear + shortages/delays in manufacturing new ones. The "Six" flies equally as well with or without spinners~!
