Deep within the ruins of the downtown area of the Capital Wasteland lies a bustling camp, with merchants, security, gates to keep out outsiders, and one person ruling it all. That ruler, is Queen Shiva, self proclaimed Queen of the Capital Wasteland, owner of a pet Deathclaw to aim complaints at, and one of the title of the most ruthless Raider Boss on this side of the post-war US. Trot through the blood-soaked streets of her camp and up the rickety fire escape held together by wonderglue, duct tape, and dreams and you're given the privilege of basking in her radiance, stronger than any fat man or Chinese bomb could ever give off. Just don't piss her off, Mr. Cuddles is always hungry.
