I was looking at some of my other work and thought "this isn't very impressive" so I wanted to try putting more effort into the shading and detail without overly complicating everything. I'm very happy with how this came out!

I'd say the effort and change of approach definitely shows! It's cute as always, and yet...some things stand out more then usual too. Like the eyes, already mentioned...definitely there. And I like the way the shirt/top looks on her, oddly enough... ;)

thank you, it's mostly just a long sleeve striped shirt under a t-shirt and she's wearing a set of jeans...but the detail and shading make a big difference
