Did a statue idea with a 'form', a sort of 'stable' un-set petrifying agent of stony descent. It maintains the 'shape' (Sans gryphon) even as the occupant struggles through the thick stretchy Plasticrete, 'sinking' more and more into the center of the shape. The occupant has enough time to wriggle into a position where some of the body is exposed, and some is encased in the shape. showcasing both an interesting geometric design, with natural elements bisected and protruding from the faces.

This piece is called "Don't touch the paws!" Please, we clean them several times daily and with everyone that keeps touching them, we can't keep them nice and museum grade shiny with as many nuzzles and tickles as they get.
