I wonder how many woman are in that area though. Or where they are for that matter. First we quantify the amount of females in the area, and run them through the sorting algorithm of average universal beauty to find prime candidates for the K.I.L.O. sorting algorithm to add a smooth, neat wash of GOOFYSILLYCUTENESS and find the fitting characters for... something. I guess drawing. I would say BALLOONS EVERYWHERE but that's not that answer to _everything_. Just almost everything.
