I don't have a name for this guy just yet but this is a more refined drawing of a space rat character from a little bit ago. He's a very shady fellow who runs a mining ship that gets involved in a lot of illegal stuff, illegal salvage operations, smuggling, stealing minerals from claimed areas, etc. He's also big into cybernetics and has a ton of cyberware already, such as his legs.
