Ayyy decided to finish Decker's icon I had doodled last month~
So to recap this is Terell Decker(everyone just calls him Decker). He's a freelance artist by day and a revenge seeker at night. What's a revenge seeker? Well if someone did you wrong then you can hire Decker and his crew to get back at them! The city of Ferus is a dangerous one so Decker and his boys(and gals ;3) wanna help those in need.
