That’s why she wears her leg harnesses, but also thes not actually supporting the arms weight, they are held up by jet of steam which also pier the punches. She can use these jets to even help her jump! If they go all out and do a flurry of blows, they might use up all the steam, then the arms crash to the ground and she drags them like an ape till more water boils and the steam tank in her back fills up! (At least that’s what was in my head when I drew it.)
