This is Octavio; Retsis and Omorphia's father. This was his first ever drawing and his design is HEAVILY inspired by Argonians from Elder Scrolls (specifically Skyrim lol)

I never really changed his design much because I really ended up liking it a lot. So he still looks like an argonian to this day, but I refer to him as a dragon just as Retsis and Larrelia are~
