I recently learned how to hand spin yarn with a drop spindle. I've gotten maybe about 2oz of the 4oz I bought all spun up but it takes a hot minute to get anything done because I'm still figuring out some factors as I go. Not to mention I'm not the pro that can spin the spindle and let it go down towards the floor while I draft out.

I'm currently waiting on a sweet little item that recently got funded on KickStarter so that'll be awesome. It's a lil' electric wheel so I don't have to get a bigger floor model that requires me to learn how to do the foot pedals while feeding in the fiber.
