This is my new OC Oscar the Buizel, but don't have a reference soo...sorry -w-'
Oscar wears besides his limegreen floating ring, he's wearing turquoise arm floats, blue life jacket and a black floating ring under the vest, because the irony, that he can't swim or he though, that he could drown it. That is the reason, why he inflate his wings, vest and 2 rings, but his reaction, looks like, that his "safety" goes bit to far, but he dosen't notic, that his body is inflated too, looks like a small blimp with inflatables
I'm aren't sure, if this is his normal size or not
