Flash Fen: That ending. Sounds like what Iraq is going through right now; a revival of Christianity in my country. I like their sermons.
Chuong: Me too but my problem with Christianity is that with American evangelicals, their preaching tends to be vague to me. I wasn't raised in a Christian family because my country is not a Christian country despite the fact that we have one cathedral in Ho Chi Minh City and Catholicism is a minority religion in my country. To everybody else, that cathedral is a tourist attraction because the French used to colonize us. And besides, aren't you Muslim?
Flash Fen: I am but no one is telling me I shouldn't attend a local church in Iraq. We always had churches. If you look into our history, our culture is rich. Some of my friends, who were Muslims, have voluntarily converted. After all, Christianity has been around way longer than Islam has. In the end, just like before and after Islam, Iraq will always exist and I'm still an Iraqi. And in our history, we used to be Mesopotamia. We also have Zoroastrians in Iraq to this day as well even though Zoroastrians are associated with Kurds.
