I'm not sure I'd call him pure, he's just a decent-hearted predator, and in the vore world, that's damned rare.

I've often said he reminds me of Whistler from Animals of Farthing Wood, also a kindly, helpful, friendly heron that quite agreeably entered into the Pact. (The predators would not prey on the prey animals during their journey, but once they reached their destination, they went back to their normal roles). Even after they reached the wildlife preserve, Whistler remained as he was on the journey, a kindly soul that preyed strictly on fish.

Probably, he tries not to hurt anyone. However, he does have a gluttonous streak that he carefully hides.

I mean that's not so bad, but I'm biased and always happy to share room in a gut >_>

Love the heron! As the creator of several more massive birds for this purpose, including a heron and an egret, I can appreciate the uniqueness of the heron's nature and the design, too. Kudos~
