D'aww! This sounds really cute! Sure Spike may appear to not like being in padding. However, when he thinks about it, he can always let twilight know that, as a baby, he shouldn't have to be responsible for so much stuff. It could maybe earn him a break?

Apple Bloom may be padded but I am sure she worries if her family may tease her. Good thing Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon have left them alone since Season 5.

Well. Someway, art is always a way to represent whatever in the world and the clear advantage is that it's hundreds of times easier to remember than text for example.
