Go outside, pick up the key and click on the chock on the water wheel
Go inside
Click on Boos, choose Make a toast
Click on plant with glass, choose Pour out
Click anywhere with glass, choose Drink
Repeat two more times until you see "Damn few..."
Click on Boos, choose Ask for keys
Repeat one more time, Boos will fall over unconscious
Take the flask and go down
