Payment:
• All payments will be made in USD.
• All payments to be done via paypal via the invoice method.
• Do not directly send me payments, it will be refunded.
• Payment is required upon completion of the commission's sketch except for trust-me, flash sale and sketch commissions. Those require payment up-front.

The Artist:
• I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. I will inform you of the decision and you will receive a refund to it.
• I retain the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
• I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches at a later date.

The Commissioner
• May upload the work made for you in your gallery/site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries.
• May not commission existing original characters without the owner's consent.
• May not resell the artwork.
• May not alter the image without informing me.

What I Don't Draw
• Any form of bodily waste including but not limited to scat, vomiting or watersports.
• Diapers.
• Sexual situations with minors.
• Bestiality.
