A 3D love letter to the cheesy disaster movie.

This is fantastic. I remember back in 2007 some friends and I made a disaster set like this in Second Life. We used forced perspective to make it look like a truck had crashed just before reaching a tunnel. I need to try doing something like that again. I really love the molten metal and how toasty everything looks. It reminds me of films like The Day After and the nuke scene from Terminator 2. Just a really epic job here.
