Just a little fanart about Miles, the newfound Spider-Man. I REALLY loved the spider verse movie, and I just had to draw something with this awesome black costume design. I really loved the graffiti aspect of it :) And I wanted to draw something energetic and lively, but... it turned into this :D

Excellent body language! I could tell exactly what he was thinking just from the thumbnail. On further inspection, the casually gripped spray can is a nice touch. I think you managed to sum up his whole character in one image.

See this is exactly why it's baffling to see Marvel pushing Captain Marvel so much. They want her to be the face of Marvel Comics but Spider Man (damn near any Spider Man) is a far better and more well received character. I'm even pleasantly surprised to see the comics version of Peter returning to form.

I found it an excellent Superhero movie. Visually, it was the first CG film since The Incrediblesvthat did something new. It felt like a good comic book. It will be interesting to see what comes next.

Love the look of this. Miles has been a fave of mine since his introduction in comics years ago and it's cool to see him get more attention lately, both by himself and with his supporting cast, be they superpowered or not.
