Kya the Floatzel (NEW CHARACTER)
Old ref I did some time ago, but here you go. X3
Kya has had a dark history as a young Buizel, one particular moment
in his life that when he was just 4 years old, a Gyarados attacked a cruise
ship he and his family were moving to Akala Island in. He barely survived the
disaster and has suffered from severe PTSD ever since. He really likes diapers,
so his parents will often carry a diaper bag so they can calm him down with a thick,
inflated, or swollen diaper when he gets triggered by the incident. He also has a strong passion for surfing,
and despite his mental disorders, he takes on a big wave whenever he gets the chance.
