Colored it in myself a few days ago, so here's the new version :>
I added the blush just because I thought it was cute >///< As mentioned in the original sketch reupload, Emily and Lexius are mates, having met while in human forms and eventually discovered the other was also a dragon. Emily's charm had kinda rubbed off on Lexius over time, but he's still getting used to this whole "Being cheerful" thing x3
Might defy ‘canon’ a bit, but I always kinda preferred doing my own thing anyway :)
Also these are my two oldest surviving OC's, made way back when I played DnD with my dad while I was five or six years old (Essentially 20yrs or so back). ^^

I've heard that the dragon alignment business was reworked recently, where e.g. chromatics can actually lean a bit further from their 'natural' alignment and it's not an unwavering Because Destiny Says So tie to said alignment; but I wouldn't really know - I just heard from a few D&D friends 'o mine that the latest edition is a bit more flexible with dragon alignments. So theoretically, this pairing could "legitimately" happen now x'D
But yeah, long loooong ago this Red was already on his way to being kinda-sorta good'ish, and the relationship with this perky little copper kind of helped reinforce it. I had this idea that this nearby town knew he was lurking around and kept that secret; for initially selfish reasons he staved off a (bandit?) raiding years and years ago, and kinda like, I guess served to watch over it? Sometimes skulks around in-town in human disguise too.
And one day, he meets another dragon in disguise - Emily here! (And the awkward moment when he starts to like her but is worried about what she'd think if she knew he was a dragon. Turns out she's a dragon too soooooooo.... )
