I actually forgot how to paint halfway through the completion of this piece and made me learn of the importance of actually knowing how to do something properly rather then 'winging' it every single time I want to colour something in.
The next few artworks I do will probably be the first times where I will try a consistent method for line art and colouring.
With that said, this is a refined version of my demon/bounty hunter guy. His name is (for at least now) Malice; he isn't really a demon but rather one of the prototypes for the GM Elite project (GMEP).
A squad which was formed from individuals that had showed great skill in combat as well as many other characteristics needed (both mental and physical) needed to successfully undergo the process of transformation into the desired prototypes…
Well almost all of the members were a success and were without equal in all areas of combat. This was until the GMEP had been granted permission to proceed to level two and mass produce the soldiers. The leader of the Prototype unit upon hearing of this ordered an attack on the facility and relentlessly destroyed everything and killing everyone.
The GMEP was shut down and all related GM projects were outlawed, the prototype unit went rouge and begun acting under the squadron leaders commands towards his own goals for power.
Malice acts as a scout and assassin for the unit, he infiltrates ahead using unparalleled speed and stealth, yet he is also a bloodthirsty (which is how he got his codename) and uses his role to try and gain a higher kill count then the other members of his squad. Malice came close to being removed from the project due to his fragile mental stability, yet his leader (which I have yet to come up with a name for) has found good use for this and utilises Malice in as much hope for corrupting his opponent’s moral as any other tactical benefit that Malice may serve.
Any advice that you could give me relating to the artwork would be very much appreciated, also feel free to ask any questions (or give any suggestions) that have anything to do with the story, the world, the unit or whatever else that might be relevant
