UPDATE: I wasn't able to find a buyer, so I donated it to my local PBS station as a charity thing. They took it away Monday (2/4/19) afternoon.

As I said seems fair, can't see any body damage or rust.
As you said make a good first car or a second runabout car for a family.
A little suggestion is to take the odd caps off the wheels and get a new set cheap or spray the steel rims as they let the car down. It makes it look unloved and that can put buyers off.

Air Conditioning: Yes, working (ditto)
Yeah, it's more than ten years old (it's very difficult to get cars over 10 through inspection in Connecticut) but the mileage is less than 10K/year, so right on target. It's a white elephant, but families with High School drivers or sending Junior off to college will be wise to snap it up.
Try some WD-40 on a rag to clear up the headlights.
