1. Do not claim the design as yours. The character is yours, but I made the design.
2. Always include credit to my Toyhouse or Furaffinity.
3. Do not resell the design for more than you bought it for. Unless there is additional commissioned art for the adopt, you can add that to the original value if the artist is OK with it!
4. Some edits can be made by me upon adoption, however, other major edits (gender/sex, etc.) to the adopt cannot be done unless otherwise noted. Please keep the character recognizable. You may not edit the original artwork of the adopt.
5. If reselling, please let me know. If ownership is transferred to another person, please let me know! Co-owning is okay, but I am not to be a part of any disputes that occur.
6. I do not accept refunds.
7. You cannot sell an adopt you got for free. You can trade it or give it away, but not for any monetary value.
8. You cannot make any profit off my artwork.
9. After 24 hours of claiming an adopt and not paying for it, you will no longer be allowed to adopt. The adopt will go to the next person, and you will be put on a blacklist.
10. Do not claim an adopt unless you have the funds for it. I do not typically take holds or payment plans.
11. Do not trace/copy the artwork that comes with the adopt.
12. I reserve the right to refuse adoptions.
13. When an adopt is adopted, I send an unwatermarked version (personal use) and a watermarked version (for posting). I ask that the unwatermarked version is not posted anywhere.
14. Payments are accepted via PayPal only in USD.
