Context behind image: Some months ago I had to see a doctor over some extreme body based pains and troubles. TL;DR version: Due to some dieting changes I made to try to lose a little weight, I apparently neglected salt/iodine and was super dangerously low, almost to the point of needing to be hospitalized. Added more salt to my meals, got that fixed up.

You'd think that all the dragons and people I eat would give me plenty of salt.
