Trying out some different motion-blur effects and experimenting with different magical effects. I think I could have improved the magic-missile other than the usual Gaussian-blur+add glow effect, which is something that I will experiment with a bit more in the future

Kept the background to a minimum as I felt it distracted too much from the focus.

Trained in secret from a young age as a hunter-assassin, Cynthia, much like her twin brother Cynthor, is naturally gifted with technological magic. However, unlike Rahel, who uses natural elemental magic, Cynthia carriers on magical qualities through her DNA, passed on by her father, Desmond Muunas who was infused with the ability, creating a synthesis between natural and artificial magical abilities. Cynthia, along with her guild, acts as unofficial arbiters between the magical and technological realm, using both to their abilities. The group traditionally acted to eliminate dangerous individuals believed to be abusing their natural gifts, however in time they become nothing more than a extremist-terror group, set on eliminating any natural magic-users, believing that tech-magic, although inferior, gives an equal playing field in the autonomy of nations and self-protection of individuals.

Cynthia comes into the story as an assassin, set on eliminating Rahel, the high-arch mage of the Tholusian territories. However, due to circumstances far larger than herself or the guilds beliefs, that task eventually becomes grayed and blurred and, in time, Cynthia becomes a companion to Rahel and her quest. It is through Cynthia that Rahel learns of other methods of perseverance other than elemental magic and even a friendship begins to form.
(Cynthia even teaches Rahel how to dress more appropriately, haha)
