I made about a half a gallon of Apple Jack, and doodled a quick logo for it before I left for the holidays!
I'm not usually one for proper hard core liquor, but this stuff's good to sip!
I made 2 gallons of apple wine and freeze distilled it; you put it in plastic bottles and put them in the freezer until the water freezes; drain off the apple-y alcohol and repeat. Once the liquid stops freezing it's somewhere between 30-40%ABV, and you're done!
