Much more satisfying than my initial stab at her design.

Soliloquy is able to articulate the thoughts and desires of others when they cannot do so themselves. She is mildly empathic, which is what helps her to recognize those hidden emotions and which thoughts need to be spoken over others.

Voice:
Gentle, yet fairly deep for a being that presents as female. Not full blown "voice concealer" deep, just a couple octaves lower than expected.
Normally her accent is vague- sometimes picking up hints of an posh British accent (but never an obvious region... think Romans in Hollywood movies) but will go straight up hick when frustrated: "y'all fixin' ta find yerself on the bus'ness end of mah boot!"
Everyone is pretty certain the latter is her real accent.

Personality:
Calm, collected. Often tries to appear apathetic, but it's a cover for how deeply she cares
Exceptionally patient
Very protective of the ones she cares about
Will fight you for coffee
Secretly wants cuddles all the time
