Amari is the protagonist for my series Moth Evening,, which is still a work in progress but here's her excerpt from my Toyhou.se:

"Amari Emerson is a young autistic girl who, unfortunately, grew up being bullied for her then undiagnosed disorder, so she is grateful albeit hesitant to be told that she'll be moving to a new town with her mother as her mother received a promising job opportunity in the town of Deadwood, a sleepy suburban town that carries many secrets underneath its humdrum demeanor. Amari carries many worries with this new territory as anyone would, but casts them aside in an effort to be more open with others in this new place."
