"Care for something to wash that pie down Red?" asks Cass.
"Hmrf?" says Blaze with a muzzle full of delicious spiced apple pie.
"My own mix of eggnog. No rum, but it's very thick and rich. This will definitely make you fat, um, er."
"It's Yule and Christmas. Don't care how fat I am now or will be. Let me guess, you've been testing out the recipes daily?"
"You might say that." nods Cass. Maybe that's why I'm so close to a half ton."
"Blimey!" gasps Blaze. Her old accent comes out immediately. "I had no idea! I mean you are huge, but I didn't realize."
"I'm heavier than I look. Muscle mass under all this fat. How else can I still be moving?"
"You always did have amazing health and strength Cass. Even in high school."
Cass smiles. "Just enjoy Blaze."
Blaze takes a sip of the thick and creamy concoction. It is truly amazing.
