Ally is a long-haired Siamese-Tabby crossbreed with the unusual ability to change her furs colour like a chameleon, unlike other long haired cats she prefers to trim her fur short leaving her tail and ear tufts long.

Originally a normal black and white striped cat, she chose to be tested on in return for money at D.E.M.O HQ. A Miss Hailey Winstar gives Ally her surname of Winstar and proceeds to inject Ally with a needle filled with serium which changed her genetic structure of her fur pigment to change colour becoming "The Technicolour Kitten".
