Gosh I love this so much I have to get my thoughts together because I could ramble forever /w\
first off, Loving that hat, and those cute little shines on the band in the middle! The brim looks so nice too, and curves just right! Plus the little sparkles everywhere (both the orange ones and the white paint speckles) bring out her 'witch' theme so nicely!! So much attention to detail, I appreciate it a lot c: I always feel like you take my characters themes or personalities into consideration when drawing them- as with Mahogany's sparkles and that longing look, it suits her so well!
I'm very impressed with how you got her markings too- the soft gradients on her cheeks and ears are done very well, as are her ear-stripes! It is hard to imagine you paint with ink, and do such great details and variations of light/dark in that medium!! O:
I quite enjoy the way you've drawn her eyes, the dual-lids and crisp shading give them such a nice glistening look that stands out wonderfully against the darker hues of her skin/fur!
But by far, my favorite part is her hair!! I just adore the voluminous flowing waves of it, and the beautiful mix of light shading and dark line-like edges that bring out the white tones without leaving them blank, it's just the right amount of shading, and is so wonderfully done! all those lovely highlights and curls- it looks like you put so much time into it and I am very very grateful!! (the biggest reason I wanted to commission you to draw her was for her hair, so for it to turn out so perfect I am beyond delighted~
I hope I don't overuse the word perfect?? I really mean it though, like you have one of the best styles out there, I would not change a single detail I like your art so much ;__;
I will have to get every single commission framed and put on the wall, they need to be admired every day!! It is very rare that I get to commission my top-favorite artists so this work has to be displayed and done justice!
