Bowser liked having his servants lick his feet so now it's his turn to perform the duty and I imagine Midbus will make a great show of his appreciation and how good it feels and such a good job his slave makes of it just to add a little jealousy in with Bowser's humiliation and he does owe a lot of humiliation for what Bowser made him do, so he might as well enjoy himself.
