These are low budget italian made productions created to cash in on the james cameron blockbuster of same name but not same plot. (because honestly how do you take titanic and turn it into american tail with bootleg fievel? Or lost city of atlantis with island of misfit toy fail.)

I know well what movie you're talking about...the worst animated film produced in Italy, perhaps one of worst animated mockbusters. I saw it only one time, when I was a kid. Perhaps the only thing that was saved were the animations of the ship (in computer graphics) and a couple of soundtracks
