The light blue one is canonical to DMFA, the one Dan takes from the library because his mother wrote it. I added the darker one so the marking would show better, on the assumption that Destania has had time to write more than one book during her 7000 year stay at SAIA. Assuming it was not written by Cyra herself, or one of her clan children who later fell to Hizell.
Probably wise for the Fa'rana folks to use devices rather than warp-aci in their base.
... Also yowch, I hope Syd isn't sitting on a part of his tail that has any meat or bone in it, that'd be a pinch. (Or maybe they furnished him with a small black-and-tan fox-tail blanket or something? As a shawl? :B)
