"Chinese BBQ" Chicken Thighs:
(Proportions are approximate, as I just eyed it in)
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
3-4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
Whisk all of this together, then place a package (6-7) boneless skinless chicken thighs in a 1-gallon ziploc bag. Pour in the marinade, make sure all the pieces are coated, then squeeze out as much air as possible and put it into the fridge, turning every couple hours, for about 5-7 hours.
Preheat oven to 350F. Place the thighs in a baking dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley flakes. Cook at 350F for 45 minutes. Let rest a minute.

Alas two aspects or the recipe have me beat, 1) I have lost all cense of patience when cooking for my self 2) Soc. Sec. goes by the average of how expensive things are for the whole nation sans regard for how easily afforded the basics are in parts of VA, or expensive rent is in southern CA.
