hOO BOY this took a long ass time!
Tried a whole heap of new stuff on this and I think it turned out good???
New things I tried:
- Different shading style (more how I want to do it, in a mix of cel and painted shading!)
- Different lineart brush
- Using more layers for effects
- Different eye shading (ZOOM IN ON HIS FACE PLEASE!!!)
- More complex character design
- More complex background
Ultimately I want my style to be somewhere between lined and painted, but I'll get there one day I guess.. 2019 i'm gonna make that happen!!!
Considering I did like 90% of the piece differently than what I'd normally do, I'm pretty damn proud of it :D
