Meh, I've seen that tag used in a chansey TF sequence, and chansey is anything but ugly, chansey is adorable.
But I just like to use this tag word when a character turns into something that's supposed to be hideous, except I like to make it more visually appealing. Personally I think this girl has turned into quite a sexy beast!
