Moveset: Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Roar, Substitute
IX looks a lot meaner than he is. He's irritable, impatient, and disputatious, but the most malicious thing he'll do is laugh at you. He's lazy and perpetually tired, and coupled with his physical frailty, this makes him prone to fleeing battles rather than instigating them. He's happy being the nerd; poffins and soda by PC light while enjoying some video games. He doesn't say much to strangers, but is known to be long winded on the verge of annoying with friends. He's also known to be very loud and obnoxious with a mean-spirited sense of humor better suited for a 13 year old boy.
And don't bother hitting on him. Regardless of gender, he'll have no interest. His only loves are his comic books. And food.
Also, I just now realized that FA basically compressed this all to hell despite it not being over the size limit, so I reuploaded it. Refresh for a shirt that doesn't look like I took the blur tool over it.
