I have a little moleskine book that I've been doodling in with the intent to sell off the whole book when it's filled.
I have a few friends with avian characters and I've often wondered what I'd do, if I made one to sort of fit in with them. Barn owls used to creep me out big time when I was younger, but over the years I've come to just think they're ghostly beautiful. So, here's an attempt at an anthro barn owl. I should have used a reference photo though cause I think he looks more like a parakeet or something. ;p

Oh my goodness, I'm totally the same - I remember a movie about a mole, a mouse and some other little woodland creature trying to find some sort of flower to fix a poisoned little badgerette. And there was this huge barn owl as the badguy for a short moment, gave me a lasting fear of barn owls for a LONG time. But as I grew, I began to find them gorgeous creatures. I love their faces especially.
