I hate coloring.....with a passion -_- I suck so much at it. This was more of a practice with layer options in SAI. Wish I could color better but meh. Kind of a toony style, supposed to be creepy but turned out cute.
If anyone has a good coloring tips or maybe even tutorials, they would be much appreciated

I think you did a great job coloring this. If you REALLY wanted creepy I would have made a thicker shadow line just below the eyebrows, and brighten it quicker leaving a starker shade shift to the eyes, Making the eyes shaded in and the TEETH brighter would draw more attention to them and get a more guttural reaction to the fight/flight reaction.
I can't draw worth a darn and I don't have a clue how to digitally color something. but this is a few steps higher then a few of my other watchers. Honestly I think you give yourself far too little credit. If you keep at it things will come more naturally and your true talent will show through. ^_^
