For your first walk cycle it isn't shabby at all. But it does fall a bit stiff. I would worry less about cleanliness and worry more about having life. I mean thats what it's all about right? So make quick sweeping motions with your hand... hmm, and there is a step or two where the foot pops downward instead of continuing up. But your volumes are consistent and thats really good. A lot of people struggle with that...and I'd add a bit of squash to the torso after each contact as well.
anyways, sorry for blabbing on. I just happen to have animated before and have been an animation student for several years now. I also happen to like it heh heh.

Wow, thanks for all the advice. I'll try to remember that on my next assignments. Yeah, I have to admit I ignored the squash of the torso and the head. Ha ha ha~ Too lazy to correct them cuz of the short amount of time given ^^;

Try to relax more... The quality of the animation usually reflex the artist, and the character seems to be static and stiff. It looks like your animating under high amounts of stress

Looks good for a first attempt, especially since you're using cel-and-frame style techniques. I'm trying to learn Anime Pro 5, since I'm more of a computer person ^,^°
