One might even think he doesn't absolutely despise having to wear formal clothing, which explains why he looks so serious and uptight.

But when you're on a date with a famed superheroine, you have to dress to impress. T-shirt and slacks won't cut it when you're at a fancy restaurant, even if your table manners don't hold up to scrutiny.
