an updated reff from 2017 that i never got finished or to a point i was satisfied with but still need to show the design changes i wanted to make.

Mostly bringing him more in-line with his IRL counterpart as well as making him more distinctive.

this probably wont be finished but is enough for my purposed at the moment,perhaps a legit design sheet update will come in the future
