[Taking a smallish break from drawing the good AWSW dragons~...]

One ongoing thing I mused over the past decade or so was to see how my persona/fursona/scalesona (whatever he is lmao) would look as a four-legged dragon. I thought about it for far too long, but I never actually sketched it out.

Until now, that is!

(It's still not a full-body sketch, though. F)

I mean, it's nothing that special; just a somewhat redefined head on a more built quadruped dragon body, instead of an anthropomorphic one. Still, it was fun to finally draw this out! I took a few liberties with the design, even including some of his old features from all those years ago such as his horns and wings. Granted, it still looks cartoony, but I like to think that's just my style.

... It's not hard to see the influence that Angels with Scaly Wings had on this, though, eheheh; I did use Bryce and Maverick's portraits as reference, after all. I'm just happy I could finally do this at all, and I wholeheartedly welcome the inspiration~

(Although perhaps next time I'll try to do an actual full picture instead of a profile view... at least I can use this as a reference point!)
