I've designed Pearl, my sassy blind Espeon. Due to a mutation at birth she was born blind. When she evolved into an Espeon the mutation affected her psychic powers and greatly weakened her. She can barely use her psychic powers for attacking and instead uses them to give herself some sense of sight. (I have no idea how to draw faded eyes with colored pencils)
