Ok p[eople I just received this email today and its easy for someone like me and many other literate computer users to tell its fake but for those who aren't please check this email the tell tale signs that its fake is:
1- they would never randomly send you an email if you have never been with them before
2- why would you hav e arandom delivery of $800 worth?!
3- they would never use a live or hotmail account (thats just fucking ridiculous)
4- Finally even if you did get something from Fed ex originally they'd have your name on the database and wouldn't be asking for your details.
DO not open this email, do not download anything. This is a public service announcement from the desk of Dracostar...PEACE!!!

i have two email accounts. one for personal, business, and family matters, and one for registering on sites, and doing things i suspect will generate a lot of shitmail. This is a fun one, some nigeria scam wannabe. Most email providers can retrace the spoofed origin address, too. send it to undisclosed recipients rather than use a zombie mailer terminal for one per account letters, tell you to give info they should definitely have on file... and this kind of bank draft, i think, has to be handled in person, with the details made UP FRONT. I don't even think fed ex deals with cash transfers.
long story short, never open attachments from people you don't know, and never tell people your real name and shit.
oh, and for the love of all things cute and fuzzy, DON"T LOG INTO ANYTHING THAT ISN"T EVEN ON THE DOMAIN OF THE THING YOU'RE TRYING TO ACCESS!
don't give them your name, address, DOB, even your telephone number. If they get a single piece of info, they can trace things here and there, and come back with all kinds of hell.
Just send it to reportphishing[at]antiphishing.org

I had a funny one from a woman who said that she was dying and that no one she knew was honest enough to their beliefs to receive her money in her will and that she knew I was a 'God-Fearing' man that seserved her money and all she needed was my personal details and my bank details xD
Me... God-fearing... BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA *falls off his chair rolling around the floor laughing so hard his eyes water*
That woman -really- doesn't know me at all ^.=.^
I love the japanese 'buisness offer' ones of 'all we need is X thousand dollars to set up a buisness that you will get to be a full partner in'
1. I work in sterling dumbasses!
2. I know jack about running buisnesses
3. I know jack about you so why would I go into buisness with you... In Japan...?
Even better are the 'OMG!!! I'm stuck in another country and need you help! Send me money!' ones that come from people I've never heard of...
Why did you go there if you cant afford to get back you idiot?! And who the hell are you anyway? And why did you send this email to me and 7 other people with similarly spelt email addresses...
XD sorry, long post but I love taking the piss out of these scam mails...

I get emails from random addresses, claiming to be all the same person.
I just block, and re[ports as phioshing scam each time.
I loled at one.
"Hi, I saw ur pic, and I think ur cute, we should totally talk some time. Add ____@hotmail.com"
I once replied.
"Oh, really? You love my dragon pic huh? Well, that's so awesome you're into furry straight off the bat. But some sad news for you hun, I'm more into guys than gals, so, find someone else."
I never get replies. Which makes me sad. I wanna see just how broken I make these people.
