There's something about this character that makes me think he enjoys the fact that most others would be distressed about the tornado behind him. Perhaps its the fact that he's grinning as he uses the tornado winds as an ashtray which marks him with a streak of defiance not only against convention (suggested by the hat), but also against nature itself (the skull face and contempt for tornadoes).
Actually, that's great to hear, cause that's what exactly what I was trying convey. He's supposed to be a sort of dream-like avatar of midlife-crisis. Cause he's living hard, and you are not.

Hey, ya gave me a really neat character to work with. The whole idea of your character inspired the title/subject matter actually. The words "Tornado on the Highway" popped into my mind, and it sounded like a really metal song that seemed like it would thematically fit with your character here.
Also, fun fact, I nearly decided not to have his arm up with the cigarette flick and all that.

That would be a pretty bitchin' song name! I probably should add that as his themesong only to confuse people when they'd notice it doesn't exist; and then I'd tell them "your puny minds wouldn't be able to handle the epicness of that song so the world is protecting you by making the song un-exist!" or something.
