So, my viewers got to see a sneak peak of this guy when I posted my Art Stream announcement earlier. Here it is without the promo text. I spent last week's Patreon stream getting the fur set up on him and he's almost ready for animation! Thanks to my Patrons, I've been able to make significant upgrades to my hardware and software solutions for rendering. This scene was rendered with 3 million fur strands, treated by the rendering engine as 3D geometry so they're visible to global illumination and reflection/refraction. This was something that was outside of my capabilities until just recently. However, with the new GPU rendering engine I'm using, I was able to render this in about 2 minutes! You know I honestly can't tell if you're updating the model, (presumably from the fox and horse stable animation,) for sale and usage for other furs alike to use in their own animations, or for an upcoming animation of your own in either similar likes to an HD 4k remake of the original animation or potential sequel animation of similar nature; either way it's great to see the model get a big upgrade from the previous form and here's hoping for future animations to return to the nature of two or more characters on screen at once having at it with each other, and less with just toys.
I'm glad you like the model remake ^.^ I intend to use him for upcoming projects, within the same scope as Fox in the Stable. In fact, my computer is busy rendering out Hit the Showers, which will be a similar length as Fox in the Stable. It features the updated Taurin model having some fun with Kish's fennec character in a locker room.
The only reason I've been releasing more single character animations recently is because they're so much faster to produce. I have much more ambitious projects in the works, but I'm trying to put together simple videos in the meantime so that I can at least get SOMETHING out in between the major releases <=)
